DNA and RNA was extracted using Mag-Bind® DNA/RNA/miRNA Kit from four different tissue types and AD293 cells and was eluted in 100 µL volume. Purified DNA and RNA was quantified using Thermo Scientific’s NanoDrop™ 2000c system. The A260/A280 ratios was ~1.8 for DNA and ~2.0 for RNA corroborating the purity of DNA and RNA that was extracted using Mag-Bind® DNA/RNA/miRNA kit.
