High-Yielding DNA with Excellent Purity Ratios from Buffy Coat
Figure 1. Genomic DNA was extracted from 100 µL buffy coat using the Mag-Bind® Blood & Tissue DNA HDQ 96 Kit automated on the MagBinder® Fit24. Yield and quality were analyzed via Thermo Scientific’s NanoDrop® 2000c. The results indicate consistent high-yielding DNA with excellent purity ratios.
