How do I apply my tax exemption to purchases on your website?
If you are tax exempt, follow these steps before ordering on our website. Once we verify your tax exempt status, your account will be filed as a tax-exempt account. This will ensure that your tax-exempt status is applied to your purchases on our website.

How are Mag-Bind products and products requiring dry ice shipped?
Mag-Bind: Mag-Bind Products are shipped 2nd Day Air (Monday – Wednesday).
Dry-Ice: Products requiring dry-ice are shipped Overnight (Monday -Wednesday).
Dry-ice shipments have an additional fee.
*Dry-ice shipments are not available for international orders*
This shipping schedule ensures that the optimal temperature for your kit’s contents is maintained during shipment.
Can I order from your website if I am located outside the United States?
No, our website currently only accepts orders shipped within the United States. If you are outside the United States, you may order directly from one of our distributors.
