HiBind® DNA Mini Columns II
HiBind® DNA Mini Columns II contains a silica membrane with twice the binding capacity when compared to a traditional mini spin column. These columns can bind up to 200 µg of genomic DNA or 70 µg of plasmid DNA per prep. The columns feature an attached cap and can be used either in microcentrifuges or on vacuum manifolds with standard luer connectors.
